I manage the technical and paid media operations at Create The Movement and our other businesses.
What fires you up?
Having adventures with my family, exploring the mountains of Colorado, and crushing paid advertising campaigns.
What are your qualifications?
I started working at 14 years old, washing dishes at a brick oven pizza restaurant. Over the years I’ve held various sales and sales management positions, eventually finding a love for advertising and technical things. I’m self-taught in almost every skill I’ve acquired.
Why are you different?
I’m a lifelong learner, always exploring new ideas that challenge conventional thinking.
What is your favorite part of the work?
Scaling advertising campaigns. Watching ad accounts spend 5-6 figures per day profitably.
What is the most pivotal thing you’ve learned in your career?
I learned that there is not a substitute for hard work. If you put in the time, do the activities, then you will simply “out-grind” the competition.
