What do Jesus of Nazareth, Ghandi, Martin Luther King, Jr., and Nelson Mandela have in common? What makes them better than great leaders like Alexander the Great, Genghis Khan, Julius Caeser, or Napolean?
The latter group were all conquerors. The former were more than conquerors. The latter subdued their enemies and expanded their territory. The former won over their enemies and superseded territory. The latter created empires that crumbled. The former created movements that persist to this day.
How did they do it? What points of commonality can we discern and apply to our businesses? Why do we even want to do that?
We’ll explore all of these questions and these examples in this space. Don’t think of this as a lecture series, however. We invite your insights, thoughts, ideas, and perhaps most importantly, your questions. Create the Movement is about developing lasting greatness in everyone we touch–not just our clients, but our readers as well. Take what you need and give what you can.
If you want to talk about how we can help you create a movement, give us a call.
